The ninth volume, being the volume for the years 1812 and 1813, will be published on the first of next January, and the tenth volume on the first of the following June. The Editor will, therefore, feel obliged, if bis correspondents will transmit their communications as early as possible. He requests that the word “Fugitive” may be marked on such compositions as have appeared in print before; and he will esteem it a favour, if those who send more than one composition will write only on one side of the paper.
