[ No. 98. ] AN ACT to extend the time for the collection of taxes in the township of Lyons, in the county of Ionia, for the year eighteen hundred and sixty, and to authorize the collection of the same. SECTION 1. The People of the State of Michigan enact, That the time for the collection of taxes in the township of Lyons, in the county of Ionia, is hereby extended to the first Monday in April next, and the proper officer, whose duty it is to collect said taxes, is hereby authorized to proceed and collect said taxes, and make return thereof, as fully as he might have done within the lifetime of his warrant, and make his said return by Bond to be the first Monday in April next: Provided, He shall first renew his official bond, to the satisfaction of the treasurer of the said county of Ionia. renewed.
